Anime Zero Traits Tier List
Which Anime Zero traits and enchants to chase after you redeem codes and lock a Legendary Arsenal.
Traits and enchants multiply whatever Arsenal you equip. A mid-tier Legendary with Supernova or Bloodlust often clears faster than a neglected Mythic with a dead roll. This page ranks Early Access trait priority and explains when to spend the Trait Rerolls you banked from codes.
Pair this list with the Arsenal tier list and the combat notes in abilities.
Early enchant priority
New players should not burn every reroll hunting perfect Arcane traits on minute one. Roonby-style beginner advice converges on this ladder:
- Power — straightforward damage for Story learning
- Hunter — stronger damage package once basics feel comfortable
- Bloodlust — high damage with useful cooldown and attack-speed energy
- Supernova — premium chase with attack, cooldown reduction, attack speed, and move speed
If you are dying more than you are failing DPS checks, temporarily favour survivability nodes on the weapon skill tree while you keep a damage enchant.
S-tier traits
Supernova
Community S-tier staple. Reported package includes attack, cooldown reduction, attack speed, and a small walk-speed bump. Arcane rarity with high pity means you should only hard-chase it on a weapon you already love.
Bloodlust
Aggressive damage trait with cooldown and attack-speed perks. Excellent for grouping-heavy Story rooms described in the dungeon guide.
A-tier traits
Hunter
Reliable damage uplift without Supernova’s cost. Ideal “good enough” target for Early Access accounts.
Fortune
Economy-leaning trait for Coins, EXP, or drops depending on the exact roll text. Strong when you are crafting accessories or stocking materials rather than racing a boss timer.
Lower tiers still worth knowing
Focus, Power, Swift, and Vitality style rolls cover crit, raw power, mobility, and health. They keep early dungeons smooth even if they will not headline a creator tier video. Replace them when Trait Rerolls from codes and milestones pile up.
Reroll strategy
- Lock an Arsenal you will actually evolve — see abilities for evolution and ultimates.
- Spend cheap rerolls to escape blank or anti-synergy traits.
- Stop when you hit Hunter/Bloodlust-level value unless you are specifically chasing Supernova.
- Do not empty your entire code bank of Trait Rerolls on a temporary Epic filler you will replace tonight.
Manual rerolling is part of the Early Access UX — there may be no full auto-reroll convenience. Stay patient and track what each weapon already has before clicking again.
Skill tree pairing
Traits do not replace skill-tree investment. After your first damage token (+15% style early node), community priority often trends CRIT → ATK → SPD → DEF for clear speed, flexing into defense when bosses punish greed. Titles from the titles tier list add another layer once achievements start dropping.
Trait checklist before a long Story session
Confirm your main Arsenal is not sitting on a blank or anti-synergy roll, your secondary kit at least has a damage enchant, and you still have Trait Rerolls banked from codes for the next upgrade spike. If clears feel slow despite Hunter-level traits, revisit skill timing in abilities before burning more rerolls.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Anime Zero players.
What is the best trait in Anime Zero?
Supernova and Bloodlust lead community S-tier lists. Hunter is the practical early target before you burn rare Trait Rerolls.
Should I reroll traits on day one?
Get a damage enchant such as Power first, then reroll toward Hunter or better on a weapon you plan to keep. Avoid perfecting Epics you will replace.
Do codes give Trait Rerolls?
Yes. Several October 2026 codes including 1MVISITS and PATCHNOTE67 grant large Trait Reroll stacks. See the Codes Hub.
Are traits the same as titles?
No. Traits modify your Arsenal build; titles are separate equip bonuses often earned from achievements. Compare titles.
Do both Arsenal slots need good traits?
Prioritise the kit you main and evolve first. Give the secondary at least a damage enchant, then improve it once Lucky Spins and rerolls are less scarce.
